​I believe that when young adults seem disinterested or disconnected,  it’s often because they haven’t yet recognized or tapped into their true potential. Many may not yet realize that they are fully capable of success. It’s possible they haven't found their motivation or determination, or simply don't see the endless possibilities that lie ahead. But the moment they begin to believe in their ability to take control of their own lives, things begin to shift.

A fulfilling life is built on the foundation of meaning. When young adults feel that their life has purpose, they gain the confidence and skills necessary to pursue a meaningful existence. However, most importantly, they need to know they are not alone in this journey. They need a support system—someone who listens, guides, motivates, and empowers them to take the next step.

This is the essence of my coaching philosophy, which mirrors my personal life philosophy: People should strive for a life of meaning, self-awareness, and a clear understanding of how they can contribute to society. It’s about living with appreciation, intention, and purpose. I aim to help young adults build the skills and mindset needed to create this purposeful life.
